As VP of Intellectual Property Commercialization and Scientific Advisor Radka plays a leadership role in implementing, supporting, and expanding RYAH’s proprietary IoT technology and delivery devices by expending the full range of collaborations and licensing rights world-wide. As advisor to RYAH’s technology development interacts with the researchers in supporting the current and future applications portfolio and related projects. Radka’s role is to align technology strategy and projects execution to deliver an integrated rights ecosystem that provides a 360-degree view of RYAH’s intellectual property protection. Radka is an internationally recognized expert and a researcher who rigorously and creatively applies scientific and management expertise and has been a successful leader in large interdisciplinary projects in the areas of pharmaceuticals, such as cancer, cardiovascular, inflammatory, immunosuppressive medicines, anti-infectious, steroids, antibiotics as well as nutraceuticals/ functional foods, food ingredients, natural products, cannabinoids and marketing of high value-end generic pharmaceuticals to emerging markets. Radka’s professional experience was fostered by completion of award-winning doctorate degree followed by executive positions at Sino Pharmaceuticals, Burcon Nutra-Sciences, Forbes Medi-Tech and IGT Pharma, and Director Strategic Development at PARI Biomedical LLC involved in high-value generic drugs distribution to emerging market countries in Eastern Europe and Asia. Other accomplishments to managing research and development includes several licensing deals, technology transfer and commercialization, cGMP training, Board Membership at Biovet, multinational pharmaceutical and veterinary manufacturer, POS Biosciences and a Member of the Management Grant Approval Committee, Health Products & Functional Food Initiative (HPFFI), BC Science Council, Canada.
